What do I attribute to my successful real estate career? Knowledge, kindness, a strong work ethic, and respect, which is an incredibly powerful combination. Whether coaching an agent or helping clients, you can count on me time after time. I will guide you through this ever-changing market. I will work extremely hard and will treat you the way I know I like to be treated. I moved to the Peninsula area after graduating from UNC in 1992. Working in NY in the Fashion Industry and leading a sales team provided me the tools to transition my business knowledge to an accomplished real estate career as a Broker Manager and Realtor. Over the last decade, I worked for a local Luxury Real Estate Brokerage as a Regional Sales Manager, successfully managing three offices and coaching agents by helping them build their businesses. I joined NextHome Peninsula Realty Group as the Broker and an owner because of what the company provides their agents; from the support, human connection to the full suite of marketing and technology tools which helps our Agents to focus on building relationships with clients & support their real estate needs.  When working with buyers, sellers or investors, my attention to detail and negotiating skills to get the best return for my clients is what sets myself and my team at NextHome apart from the industry. The look that a client gets when they find or sell THEIR home for top dollar is priceless! I ensure a smooth transaction from contract to close so that the celebration is at closing!
