Born and raised in New York City, Bushra Del Vecchio brings a fast-paced, people-first mindset to every real estate interaction. With over a decade of experience at Morgan Stanley—spanning Corporate Services, Legal & Compliance, and Marketing—she developed a sharp eye for detail, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage high-stakes situations with clarity and confidence. These skills now serve her clients in real estate, where strategic thinking, clear communication, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach are key to navigating even the most complex transactions.










After moving to Monmouth County to raise her three children, Bushra found a new calling in real estate. Today, she combines her financial background and love of working with people to help clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—whether they’re buying, selling, relocating, or investing. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, providing her clients with confidence and clarity throughout the process.

Passionate about service and driven by results, Bushra approaches every deal with focus, empathy, and professionalism. Outside of work, she loves to cook, ski, and explore the outdoors with her family—always seeking new trails, new flavors, and new perspectives.
