Hi, I’m Melissa — though most people know me as Missy — and I’m incredibly proud to be part of the NextHome Peninsula Realty Group family.

As a lifelong resident of this community, I offer more than just local market expertise; I bring a true appreciation for the people, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this area such a special place to call home.

What drew me to NextHome Peninsula Realty Group was the sense of family, support, and shared commitment to putting clients first. I wanted to be part of a team that values relationships, professionalism, community involvement, and a personalized approach to real estate — and Peninsula truly embodies all of that. From the collaborative environment to the dedication to exceptional service, I knew it was the perfect fit for me and my clients.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I am a wife, a proud mom to my amazing grown daughter and son, and “Meem” to my two beautiful grandchildren, Jack and Lily Mae — my absolute pride and joy. That same sense of care, patience, and commitment naturally carries into my work, where I strive to make every client feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey.

After raising my family, I re-entered the workforce as a legal assistant at a local real estate law firm, where I gained valuable insight into the transaction process and developed a strong understanding of the legal side of real estate. I also bring a background in interior design, which helps clients envision a home’s full potential and make thoughtful, confident decisions.

My clients appreciate my strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to problem-solve throughout every stage of a transaction. I understand that buying or selling a home can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I pride myself on staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and helping clients navigate challenges with confidence and ease.
